Renovated in 2015, the property blends heritage character with modern comfort and accommodates up to eight guests. Surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden, it offers a peaceful setting ideal for relaxation.

The villa is set within a spacious garden featuring century-old trees that provide privacy, along with a charming chapel of St. Anthony built by the noble family that once owned the estate. Guests can enjoy a private heated swimming pool with hydro massage, as well as an outdoor lounge area, dining space, and grill.

The ground floor is classically furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area, a traditional dining room tavern, and a toilet. A separate entrance leads to the laundry room and an additional toilet.

Interior stairs lead to the first floor, where four tastefully designed bedrooms with comfortable double beds are located alongside two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Three of the bedrooms feature balconies with panoramic views of the Konavle countryside.

The property is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi internet. Outdoor parking is available for two cars.

The town of Cavtat is approximately 5 km away and offers restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches. Dubrovnik is about 22 km from the property, providing opportunities to explore one of the Adriatic’s most renowned destinations.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. No security deposit is required.
