The villa spans 114 m² and is set on a large 7,000 m² plot with a gated automatic entrance. The living area is bright and spacious, with plush sofas, a fireplace, and a large satellite TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, a breakfast bar, and a long countertop, complemented by a large utility room that includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and pantry, with direct access to the pool area.

The master suite offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and a sliding door for privacy. The second bedroom features a double bed and a modern shower room. The third bedroom is designed for families or groups, featuring three Japanese-style futon beds on a traditional tatami mat, a dedicated bathroom, and private access to the gardens.

While the villa is walkable to the beach and local amenities, a car is recommended for exploring further afield. A local bus service operates during peak season from Cala Vadella, providing an alternative to driving.

The villa features full air conditioning, central heating, high-speed internet, satellite TV, and automated blinds. Pool towels, bedlinen, and standard cleaning are included for stays of seven nights or longer. Extra cleaning is available at an additional cost. Children are welcome, smoking is allowed, and the property is wheelchair accessible. A security deposit applies.
