This 300 m² house accommodates up to 14 guests and is located in the heart of Bois-Plage-en-Ré on the Île de Ré, in the Charente-Maritime department. The market is a five-minute walk away, and a cycle path directly behind the house provides access to the beaches and surrounding villages. The property enjoys a central location, 2.5 km from Saint-Martin-de-Ré and 3.5 km from La Couarde, offering absolute peace and quiet with no overlooking neighbors.

The house includes an entrance hall, a bright living room with a double kitchen semi-open to the dining room, a lounge with a fireplace, and a separate TV and reading room. On the ground floor there is a master suite with dressing room, shower room and toilet, a children’s dormitory with two double beds, foosball table, shower room and toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms or shower rooms, and a children’s TV lounge with a sofa bed. An annex provides an additional bedroom with shower room and toilet.

The sunny enclosed garden features an 11 x 3 meter heated swimming pool equipped with an electric cover, open from April to the All Saints’ Day holidays. There is a covered patio, terrace, wooden decking, griddle, ping-pong table and parking for two cars, with additional parking next to the house. The house was furnished and equipped in 2021 with quality furniture.

Bicycles can be rented for an independent, car-free stay. The cycle path starting behind the house connects directly to beaches and other villages. Parking is available for two cars, with additional parking next to the property.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the Airbnb price. Bed linen and towels are not included and must be arranged with the concierge at least 15 days before arrival. Baby equipment for two babies is provided free of charge. A contract must be signed after booking. A concierge is available throughout the stay. Smoking is not permitted. Parties or events are not allowed and the minimum age requirement is 28. Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.
