The property extends across three levels: the beach level, the ground floor, and the first floor, accommodating up to twelve guests.

The beach level features a private pier equipped with sunbeds and parasols, a berth suitable for a boat up to 14 meters, stairs for sea access, and a shallow shoreline appropriate for children. This level also includes one bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor lounge area.

A stone staircase leads to the ground floor, where there is a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite shower bathrooms, and a terrace with a covered relaxation area. A separate terrace hosts an outdoor dining table for twelve guests. This level also features a swimming pool measuring 7m x 3.3m x 1.35m, surrounded by sun loungers.

The first floor includes a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with terrace access. There are three additional bedrooms with king-size beds and balcony access, along with two bathrooms fitted with shower units.

Check-in is available from 17:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. A security deposit of €1,000 is required.

The stay includes tourist tax, villa manager, pool maintenance every seven days, baby cot and highchair, weekly change of bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking.
