Stylish Escape With Pool Sauna and Terrace

Set on an elevated position in a peaceful residential area, this bright and stylish villa offers a relaxing retreat just minutes from the ocean, beaches, and forest. Designed with a bohemian-chic aesthetic, it combines comfort, light-filled interiors, and exceptional outdoor amenities including a pool, spa, and sauna. From May 13, 2026, the property will be extended to accommodate up to 15 guests, although the system may still display a lower capacity.

The interiors are designed for both comfort and conviviality. The dining area is bathed in natural light and opens directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The living room features a carefully curated bohemian-chic style that invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a utility room for laundry and storage.

The villa currently features four bedrooms arranged across two levels, offering both privacy and functionality. The ground floor includes a spacious master suite and an additional double bedroom, while the upper level hosts two twin bedrooms along with a shared shower room.

Outdoors, the property offers a true wellness-focused environment with a heated swimming pool available from April to September (weather permitting), a hot tub, and a sauna. The terraces are thoughtfully arranged with dining and lounge areas, along with a plancha and barbecue. A pétanque court and children’s play area add to the experience.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor living areas, outdoor terraces, pool, spa, sauna, and recreational spaces.

The property includes parking, making it convenient for guests traveling by car. Local attractions, beaches, and natural surroundings are just a short drive away.

The accommodation is non-smoking and parties are not allowed. Mandatory concierge-managed services include end-of-stay cleaning, linen packages, and tourist tax. A security deposit is required via pre-authorization before arrival. Optional services such as early check-in, late check-out, additional cleaning, and pet accommodation are available upon request. The concierge team will coordinate all services after booking confirmation.

CONCIERGE FEES AND TOURIST TAX

To ensure hotel-quality standards and complete transparency, essential services are managed directly by our concierge service, "Les Clefs de l'Océan," after your booking.
Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):

End-of-Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 150 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in good condition: clean dishes and emptied trash.)
Linen and Household Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person. This package includes bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), and kitchen towels.
Tourist Tax (Mandatory): Variable depending on your booking.
Security Deposit: 2,000 euros (only pre-authorized on your bank card before arrival, amount not debited).

Comfort Options (Upon Request):

Early arrival (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Late departure (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Additional cleaning during your stay: 39 euros per hour.
