Children are welcome, making the home ideal for family gatherings. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A concierge service is available to assist with arrangements and enhance your stay, with additional services available upon request. Tourist taxes apply.

A security deposit of €5,000 is required as a pre-authorization on a bank card and is not charged. Two cleanings per week are included, while the end-of-stay cleaning fee is €990. For stays of two weeks or longer, a change of sheets and linens is provided. Bath towels, pool towels, and bathrobes are included.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and charged at €990. Two cleanings per week are included during the stay. Bed linens are provided, with an additional charge of €25 per person. Tourist tax applies at €2.15 per person, per night.

Additional cleaning services are available upon request at a rate of €39 per hour.
