With five bedrooms, a children’s dormitory, multiple living areas, and dedicated wellness facilities, it is ideal for large families or group stays. Guests can enjoy panoramic sea views, a heated outdoor pool, and a full concierge service for a relaxing coastal escape. Spread across two levels, the villa combines generous indoor and outdoor living with a focus on comfort and relaxation. The main living areas include an ocean-facing dining room that seats up to 16 guests, a TV lounge, and a separate relaxation lounge overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for group dining and extended stays. A dedicated wellness room features a jacuzzi, sauna, and shower-hammam, while a games room offers entertainment for both adults and children. Outside, the property features a landscaped garden, a heated swimming pool available from May to September depending on weather, sun loungers, and a large terrace facing the sea. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining with a barbecue and gas griddle. The property is best accessed by car, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding coastline and nearby attractions within the Vendée region. A concierge service is available before and during the stay to arrange personalized experiences such as massages, yoga sessions, private chefs, boat trips, and other local activities. The house retains original architectural elements from its 1969 design, including features like a fireplace and marble flooring, which add character and charm. Cleaning is included in the rental price. Bed linens are available at an additional cost of €25 per person. Tourist tax applies at €2.10 per person, per night.
