Set within a gated community, the home provides uninterrupted whitewater views while being just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and town center. Designed across multiple levels, it blends natural surroundings with modern comfort, making it ideal for guests seeking both relaxation and convenience.

The villa is thoughtfully arranged to create both shared and private areas. The main residence includes four bedrooms, each designed with natural tones, ocean views, and private balconies. A fifth bedroom is located in a separate casita beneath the entrance level, complete with its own kitchen, ensuite bathroom, king-size bed, and private terrace for added privacy.

The entrance level features a spacious landing with a wine wall and a flexible family room that includes a queen bed and two elevated single beds. This space can be used as a lounge, workspace, or children’s area and is designed with accessibility in mind.

The main living level brings together the indoor and outdoor experience. The living room opens directly onto the pool terrace, while the dining area accommodates up to 14 guests across the main table and kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances, cookware, and serving ware, making it suitable for both casual meals and private chef experiences.

Outdoor living is central to the home. Just off the kitchen is an outdoor bar with a barbecue and preparation space. The cantilevered infinity pool features a glass-sided edge, creating an uninterrupted view of the ocean. A hot tub is positioned for sunset views, while an outdoor bathroom and double shower provide convenience throughout the day. The wrap-around pool connects the terrace, sunken lounge, pergola, and outdoor living areas, creating a seamless space for gathering or relaxing.

A yoga deck sits above the main terrace with open ocean and jungle views, equipped with yoga mats and workout bands. A Sonos sound system is integrated throughout the indoor and outdoor areas.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor living areas, outdoor spaces, pool, hot tub, yoga deck, and casita. The garage and additional parking areas are also available for use.

A 4x4 vehicle is required due to the terrain and road conditions in the area. The property includes a garage and additional parking for multiple vehicles. Concierge assistance is available to help arrange airport transfers, car rentals, and local transportation.

Concierge support is included and available both before and during the stay to assist with planning activities, private chefs, and tours. The home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. It is adapted for disabled persons. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Final cleaning is charged separately. Air conditioning, linens, towels, internet, and parking are included.
